Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer to work closely with clients and their budgets. We can provide Cash, Open or Subsidised Bar payment options to suit all needs based on a minimum spend or the number of guests. Our equipment hire basic packages starts at £300.

  • A Cash Bar involves us bringing the bar and services to your event, but your guests purchase their own drinks. This service will require a deposit, but this can be returned if your guests hit the agreed minimum spend.

    An Open Bar means that you cover all of the costs of our services and drinks, for your guests. You can set a limit to the amount of drinks that guests can consume or a price per head. A priced menu will be shared with you before your booking is confirmed.

    A Subsidised Bar is a combination of both the Open and the Cash Bar. You will be able to create a tab with a specified amount of £ or drinks for your guests and once this has been spent then guests will be invited to purchase their own drinks.

  • We accept major cards payments in addition to cash payments. Token systems are also available.

  • Yes, we are insured for all private and public events.

  • We have several members of staff who are Personal License holders. We will also be able to manage any TEN licenses applications, depending on your venue’s requirements.

  • Our experienced mixologists will work with you to create a bespoke menu for your event. Tasting and cocktail building sessions are available.

  • We try our best to ensure that our bars can be used in most locations. As long as there is a level ground and loading access, we will take care of the rest!
